Shipping and Handling
Turnaround time once a transaction is received please allow 3-5 business days for the order to be processed and shipped via USPS. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, a tracking order number will be provided to you for further monitoring of delivery via provided email.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products there are no refunds or exchanges, please choose items carefully. However, we do allow a 72-hour notification from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with the order. If the item needs to be returned due to an error on our end a reimbursement of the delivery cost will be granted. Please report this claim to elephanttribe.community@gmail.com. Once this claim is authorized by us to submit the return please provide the receipt in the package to the provided mailing address via email. An authorized refund will be returned via the same payment method as when you placed your order. It may take up to 7-10 days before the money reaches your account.
Local Delivery Option
If you are in the Gainesville, FL area and would like to make a purchase please email us at elephanttribe.community@gmail.com within 24hrs in advance to solidify the logistics of delivery. Drop off will be at a public location.
Missing Shipped Order
Please keep an eye on your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn't work, send us an email at elephanttribe.community@gmail.com and tell us what you ordered and your order number and we will assist you.

Payment Options
You have the following options:
- Credit card (Mastercard/VISA/Discover/American Express). If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Inventory Out of Stock
We do not foresee any issues with items being out of stock; however, the website will provide a wait-list subscribe button prompting you to complete. There will be an emailed alert sent out to you when the item is restocked.
